How the AI Agents integration works

Enable AI for your tenant
AI adjudication is available on eligible StockFlow plans. Platform admins configure default agents; tenant admins may add API keys where allowed.

Choose your provider
Select OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Azure OpenAI, Groq or a custom adjudication API endpoint supported by your subscription.

Review in StockFlow
Document review screens show AI suggestions alongside extracted fields. Your team approves before posting to stock or accounting.

Which AI providers does StockFlow support?
Platform defaults include OpenAI, Anthropic and xAI. Tenants can bring API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI and Groq where enabled. Custom HTTP adjudication endpoints are supported for advanced setups.
Is my data used to train AI models?
StockFlow sends only the content required for each task to the provider you configure, under that provider’s API terms. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for subprocessors and retention.
Do I need AI if I already use Google Document AI?
Document AI handles structured extraction. AI agents add reasoning for edge cases, supplier matching and review assistance. Many teams use both together.
What if my primary AI provider is down?
Platform routing supports ordered fallback steps to alternate models or providers where configured, so document review can continue with reduced manual load.
