Google integration FAQ
Does Google see all my StockFlow data?
No. Google Document AI and Drive are invoked for document processing and filing workflows you use. Other business data stays in StockFlow’s tenant infrastructure unless you enable a separate integration.
Can I use my own Google account?
Depending on your plan, you may connect your organisation’s Google service account and Drive locations instead of the platform defaults.
What document types are supported?
Supplier invoices, utility statements, delivery notes, purchase orders, credit notes and related commercial documents via configured Document AI processor profiles.
Is Google Search Console part of this?
Search Console is used at the platform level for stockflow.co.za website analytics. It does not process your tenant business documents.
