Authorise StockFlow from the Integrations tab of your tenant settings. We use Xero’s official OAuth flow — no passwords leave your browser.

Map accounts and tax codes
Pick the Xero GL accounts and VAT rates you want StockFlow to use for sales, purchases, stock and payment clearing. Sensible South African defaults are pre-filled.

Supplier invoices read by AI, stock movements, sales invoices and gateway payments all flow into Xero continuously. Originals stay filed in the StockFlow cloud archive for audit.

Does StockFlow work with Xero in South Africa?
Yes. StockFlow is built for South African small businesses and supports Xero with ZAR, local VAT codes and South African payment gateways like Yoco and PayFast.
Do I still need my bookkeeper?
Absolutely. StockFlow removes the data-capture grind so your bookkeeper can focus on review, reporting and advice. They keep doing the accounting in Xero — we just feed it clean data.
What about AI document reading?
StockFlow ships with Google Document AI for reading supplier invoices, delivery notes and receipts. You can also bring your own AI provider if you prefer to stay within your existing AI vendor.
